JOIN ROMDEF

hereinafter referred to as "the Company,"
By this document, we declare the following:
The most recent annual turnover achieved, according to the attached Certifying Certificate from the Trade Registry (equivalent in RON);
Fulfillment of the membership conditions
Category to which the Company belongs
Accession to ROMDEF and, implicitly, the acquisition of ROMDEF associate member status has been approved by the Company's governing body, according to resolution/decision no.
Consent

Attachments, in copies certified as true to the original: 

  • Trade Registry Certificate of Registration;
  • Certifying Certificate issued by the Trade Registry, issued in the month the present application is signed;
  • Resolution/decision of the governing bodies regarding accession to ROMDEF and the appointment of the ROMDEF representative;
  • If the applicant does not operate in Romania's national defense sector and/or related industries, but is in a collaborative relationship with the national defense sector, documents proving that collaboration must also be submitted.
